We’re based in the San Gabriel Valley, about 30 minutes east of Downtown Los Angeles, CA. The KIND Organizer Team is made up of dedicated employees (not subcontractors) who are fully insured, background-checked, and committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Lucy - Lead Project Manager
I was raised organizing, literally. I inherited my mother’s knack for sorting, categorizing, and maximizing small spaces on a thin budget. My entire professional career has centered around organizing large-scale events, conferences, charities, and community drives. Logistics and detailed organization were at the core of my successes, but I never felt quite fulfilled in those roles.
I have a passion for helping individuals, families and our elders….that, coupled with my life-long coordination skills & intrinsic spatial awareness, I consider this my calling.
Kristina - Lead Move Manager
As a former teacher, Kristina is a natural leader who combines strong organization and a dedicated work ethic with a positive, uplifting attitude. She is always approachable and happy to answer questions, making her a trusted resource for our team.
Her warm and welcoming personality, along with her infectious energy, helps everyone feel comfortable and valued. Kristina’s leadership skills and positivity inspire those around her, creating a supportive and productive work environment.
Stacy - Lead Move Manager
Stacy is known for her organization and attention to detail. She approaches every project with focus and efficiency and her ability to stay on top of details makes her a reliable and trusted Lead.
Colleagues appreciate that Stacy is always happy to help and creates a supportive environment where questions are welcomed without judgment. She communicates, calmly and clearly with both clients and co‑workers, making her a valuable resource and a pleasure to work with.
Stacy enjoys knitting and runs a small business creating charming handmade crafts and knitted animals. She is also an animal lover and an avid reader, always finding joy in both creativity and learning.
Kate - Client Support Specialist
Kate is known for her strong work ethic and dedication, always giving her full effort to every task. Once she starts a project, she stays focused and sees it through to completion.
Her efficiency and determination make her a dependable team member who can be counted on to get the job done right. Kate has a big heart and will go above and beyond for our elderly clients.
Kate navigates chaos and crazy schedules like a champ as a busy mom of 4 active young adults. She enjoys working out and traveling.
Lori - Move Assistant
Lori has the cheeriest of dispositions and takes a genuine interest in our elderly clients. If your mom or dad wants to reminisce and not feel so lonely, Lori is our go to while still keeping on task.
She’s always ready to help and take on any tasks with the best attitude.
Cindy - Move Assistant
Cindy has the best attitude and is always to go above and beyond. She is diligent in completing tasks and has the compassion and patience for all of our clients that makes us stand apart. She’s also an animal lover with multiple pups and a cat.
